As we mentioned in an earlier post, the University Libraries and Information Technology Services (ITS) announced the upcoming beta release of a new repository services platform, called ScholarSphere, for this fall, September 2012. Here’s how to sign up:

All usability testing will take place in Room 211, Davey Lab Instruction Room, Physical and Mathematical Sciences (PAMS) Library.

Testers should use the links below to sign up for a testing session (you’ll need to  authenticate as PSU users). The actual test shouldn’t take more than 45 minutes to an hour, but there will be ample time for Q&A and discussion, if needed. Each session will last 1.5 hours.

There is a maximum number of 10 testers per session. A waiting list will automatically start if the number of registrants exceeds 10.

As we approach the date of the first testing session, testing instructions and test scenarios will be posted at the Program Sigma website for test users to look at prior to testing, if they wish.
